Step3. 有點麻煩的準備簽證文件之一：宿舍證明
(不管你是什麼學院都還是要透過這個系統申請宿舍)

收到Brno寄來的錄取通知之後，馬上要寄email跟她詢問宿舍證明文件正本的事情
我是寫了一封email跟他說

那後來她又寄了一封email給我們（但這次收件人不是全班，應該是歐洲以外的學生）

所以接下來就是跟宿舍的人員接洽
但在此之前，要先去申請系統申請宿舍

因為好像很少人有寫到這部份，就順帶說明一下

我是這樣填的 12.09.2014 (因12號到達)~15.02.2015 (因16號的飛機)
>記得不要選擇六日入住或退宿，因為六日宿舍負責人是休息的。<
Pod Palackého vrchem 有
雙人房 (110 CZK/person/night)
三人房 (120 CZK/person/night)

可入住時間： 1st September, 2014 to: 31st August, 2015
基本上因為入住時間的關係，
大部分的人還是選擇Pod Palackého vrchem
對其他宿舍就不太清楚詳細情況
價錢大約算一下是：
157天*120CZK = 18,840CZK (*1.48匯率) = 27.883 TWD
(申請完之後是先付260歐元的訂金)
我選第一個的三人房 Triple room
(ps. 三人一衛浴，兩人房是四人一衛浴)

我選 Erasmus Mundus 但其實不太確定@@
有人是填Other programme of EU 有人填Full-time study in English language
我是覺得好像也沒什麼差
不要選到太明顯錯的就好

這裡因為我當時還沒開戶
媽媽又很緊張怕填下去會扣錢什麼的
但其實後來繳訂金是用跨國填單匯款的
跟這個帳戶好像沒什麼關係
到時候填單的帳戶跟這裡寫匯款帳戶不一樣也沒關係
我是填媽媽的帳戶
帳戶資料可以問家長他們應該會知道什麼資料填什麼！

可以填你想跟誰一起住之類的吧
聽說會把台灣人(同國的)都放在一起
還沒去所以不太確定，如果你特別想練英文可以在這裡要求你希望跟非中文使用者同寢

送出表單之後，
應該在信箱會收到一封系統自動回信
然後再過一陣子會收到 Title: Request for accommodation 的email
"Confirmation of reservation:
1.你訂的宿舍與房型2. term 時間3.Deadline for the deposit payment 260,-EUR is dd.mm.20yy "
請你在期限內匯訂金到他們帳戶
收到這封信之後就可以去填跨國匯款的單子
因為這一步是我媽媽幫我匯的所以我也不清楚細節～
直接到你熟悉的銀行詢問即可
金額是訂金260歐元
(可以挑個匯率比較好的日子去匯!)
在第一封信與第二封之間大概是隔了三天
不過，我是收到自動回信之後，
馬上截圖下來然後FW給幫我們特別處理宿舍事情的Michalová Jana
她就請我給他我的收信住址，她馬上寄宿舍證明文件給我 (via EMS or usual post)
我請她用EMS寄到國際事務處......結果...
...如果是EMS寄的話....到Brno之後要補付1,000捷克克朗給她QQ!
我們討論過EMS跟一般的應該差個三到五天
所以如果沒很趕 其實用一般的就可以了!!!
如果用EMS 她會給你tracking number可以追蹤進度
她寄來的文件裡面就有雙語(捷克語&英文 像新港文書那樣排列XD)的宿舍證明文件
而且還是正本契約書那種!! (就是簽證要求的那種~完美！)
所以如果有看到要簽名的地方記得簽上大名!!(一定要有簽到英文簽名!)

進度走到這裡，住宿證明這關大概就破完了！
然後過一陣子應該還會收到一封Email 確認Brno那邊已經收到我們的匯款~
如此這般宿舍的事情就可以先擱在一邊了
